Besides, if you need after-sales services, following materials should be provided: 
1) After-Sales Service and Maintenance Guide with complete information and the seal of the sales unit
2) Valid purchase vouchers issued by the sales unit, such as invoice or sales slip with the seal of the sales unit：

A: Check whether the plug of the infrared control has been wired up properly or whether it has been blocked from receiving the signal; press the button, check whether the indicator light flickers and the orders of control are right; check whether the infrared control is too far away from the host machine.
